About this deal

This cliffhanger is painful and did manage to make me cry like a baby, but with so much left up in the air knowing we’re going into the final chapter and seeing every stage set for that has me CHOMPING AT THE BIT to get my hands on book 5! and once again the wrath never fail to make me laugh and put a smile on my face, while also being the fiercest and most loyal group ever. THE BRAND NEW BOOK IN THE TIKTOK FANTASY SENSATION THAT'S SOLD OVER HALF A MILLION COPIES, PERFECT FOR FANS OF SARAH J. As with all of my reviews I try to keep spoilers to a minimum, however, there may still be a few small spoilers.

Please note: There is explicit language and romance in this book, not suitable for those under the age of 18. The Cupidity omnibus includes “Signs of Cupidity,” “Bonds of Cupidity,” “Crimes of Cupidity,” and “For the Love of Cupidity. So I will fight for him and he will kill for me, and if we need to become the villains, then so be it.They’re marching to battle, and I’m the bargaining chip that will either douse the fire or spark a war. And the way in which her chapters so abruptly come to an end makes it feel like Kaila was an ultimately forgotten, afterthought.

But if you truly love AURIP, have wanted to know every last detail about these chars and honestly just crave basking in the moments of their glory, then this book is immensely satisfying. This is where the lack of Queen Kaila's POV becomes a real travesty; I would have loved to see the correspondence between her bother Manu and herself, to see how 6th Kingdom responds to her and to get a closer peek into the inner workings of her mind.

This will be a SPOILER FREE review but WILL contain large plot spoilers for the previous 3 books so proceed with caution if you’re not caught up with the series. When the action does start to take place, it is handled so oddly, I'm still having difficulty processing it. Another fantastic book and what an ending setting things up for what I am sure will be an exciting finale!

What I was NOT prepared for was being emotionally ravaged by the childhood and past of King Ravinger himself. Every book just gets better and better and while I’m nowhere near close to being ready for it to end I cannot wait to see what is sure to be one heck of an explosive ending. In this book though, we really get a lot from Slade and his story is both tragic and one of strength. In the process they are spreading vicious rumors about Auren swaying the public opinion in their favor. I get that Auren has always needed to hide her powers, but one would think the Conflux (Trial) would at least be an opportunity for her to finally tell her story to the world.
