Tip: Set the timer to half the cooking time. When the timer bell sounds, shake the food. Then, set the timer again to the remaining cooking time and resume frying. Turn the temperature control dial to the required temperature. Refer to the 'Settings' section in this chapter to learn how to determine the right temperature.
