The more familiar gin aromas of earthy juniper, spicy cardamom, lemon peel and orange citrus lie somewhat behind that floral intensity. Flavoured with natural botanicals such as seeds, berries and flowers, our blue gin has a fragrant and delicate taste. All of these cocktails tasted okay, but I found the intensity of the florals distracted me and lessened my enjoyment.
