Kamado Joe continues to reinvent and this kettle Joe proves that, justamazing, bringing unique ceramic type features to its users. Soak the coals: To make sure the coals are extinguished, you can also pour water over them – be sure to use lots of water so you've completely saturated them. I have been cooking on the new Kamado Joe Kettle Joe and thought folks may be interested in my impressions.
