About this deal

Dedicated to the D750 DSLR, the MB-D16 Multi Power Battery Pack from Nikon offers both enhanced handling capabilities as well as extended battery life. On checking the Meike grip, it certainly has the gasket around the contacts array, but doesn't around the battery compartment opening. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

Some of us change custom setting f4 on the D750 to "AF-ON" to use the AE-L/AF-L button to activate auto-focus since the D750 has no AF-on button. I had a separate grip on one of my previous cameras and seem to remember that you could select which battery you wanted used first. I have a dual AC-powered EN-EL15 charger that I use to charge these DSTE batteries (I have 5 total) and they charge up relatively quickly. We've been using a full production version of this 120 fps sports camera, to see what you gain (and, perhaps, lose). Unfortunately, the market for generic battery packs is rather fluid, with new trade names popping up regularly while others disappear. If you can't find what you need, let us help locate the right product for you, we have a vast database of up to date information at our fingertips. The unit has a standard shutter release button and once paired with the grip doesn’t involve any additional settings on the camera. The Fujifilm XF 23mm F2 R WR delivers a 35mm full-frame equivalent field of view and stands out due to its small size and weather-resistant build.

This type of battery is commonly used in Nikon cameras and provides a good balance between power and size. Can I ask if this grip is the same as the one reviewed as I don't want the remote and although it says Meike in the title I cannot see it on the label like in the review photo ? The unit arrived in a small cardboard “Meike” branded box and contained the DR750 Grip, EN-EL15 battery holder, AA battery holder and a nifty wireless remote (more on that later).

They mention it works well, has the same power as the original battery, and has zero problems or issues. With room for one additional EN-EL15 lithium-ion battery pack, or six AA batteries, extend the shooting life of your camera during a photo shoot. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you if the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods. If you decide to go for the fastest type of card, your camera buffer will never fill up when you are shooting lots of photos in burst mode.

What about reputable battery makers with a name to protect - I'm thinking here of Duracell and firms of that ilk. What I have realised is that the thing is using power all the time, I assume, to power the wireless link, and consequently, the battery goes flat over time, no wireless link, no green led on the remotes when you press them!

Always keep a spare battery on hand, especially when shooting for extended periods or in remote locations where charging facilities may not be readily available. The battery which was packed with mine seemed to charge ok but was not recognised by the camera whether fitted to the grip or the body.
