Features I LOVE this perfume. I would say it’s more developed, layered and unisex than the rest of ari’s gorg perfumes.

MM's Coffee Break is a smoother, unisex lavender perfume but it does have masculine undertones too. If you find that R.E.M is too masculine, you might have the same opinion on Coffee Break. To me, it even smells like it could fit a more mature young man? IMO, R.E.M could suit a boy in his late teens - early 20's whereas Coffee Break would best fit a young man getting close to 25 or even older. Coffee Break is still relaxed and youthful but it's definitely more mature too. R.E.M is sweeter and still has that "one of my very first perfumes" vibe. So delicious, I demolished my 30ml bottle in short time. I received a tester of this one and have been wearing it all day. It's quite nice, not my favourite scent, but it's pleasant to sit in. I agree that it leans more unisex than feminine. The sweetness of the zefir and caramel is balanced by the freshness of the lavender, and the salt is a nice touch to keep the lavender from being too soapy and overwhelming.Ariana Grande CLOUD opens with a dreamy top blend of alluring lavender blossom, forbidden juicy pear and mouth-watering bergamot. If for some reason I was told that I could only keep one perfume for the rest of my life, I would choose to keep R.E.M. I just finished up my 1.7 Oz bottle and I’m waiting for a sale at Ulta to buy my next bottle because I don’t think my collection is truly complete without this scent. In my opinion, R.E.M. is the best Ariana Grande perfume and it doesn’t smell like a conventional celebrity perfume. When I first smelled it I didn’t like it as the alcohol was slightly overpowering, once you let it dry down though it is angelic I do find the bottle design to be ridiculous and a waste of too much plastic, especially the holder part. I suppose AG had wanted to target younger audience with the design but I feel that the bottle on its own without the cheap plastic holder looks better and matches the scent better. It give a whole channel vibe without the holder, and that to me looks elegant. After a few hours it does start to wear off which is a little disappointing but for the price you really can't go wrong! Inspired by Ari’s love of outer space and the universe, the new fragrance will make you feel like you can conquer the galaxy. Product SpecificationIt takes some getting used to. I'm really confused by the notes listed here because I thought the "thank you, next" perfume smell very buttery and salty. I didn't smell any saltiness or butter in this at all. The most prominent notes at initial spray is lavender, salt, quince and caramel. I would say the lavender is as strong as YSL Libre, so if you are ok with that level of strength you'd be fine with REM. It dries down to a smoother lavender, fluffy powder, tonka, lightly sweet with a browned sugar note.

I had wanted to try ariana grande's perfumes for a very long time. However, since I live in a country with hot and humid weather, I stay away from gourmands as much as possible. Same goes for most AG perfumes, I fear that all of her perfumes smells great in air conditioned room but not outside of the mall. This scent gives me a working mature woman or maybe a girl going out to the club. It's so synthetic, I'm positive this is a 100% fragrance oil perfume. Honestly its reminiscent of Liz Taylor perfumes, even with the quartz crystal bottle holder giving those "sparkling white diamonds" vibes.Scent being great aside, projection and performance are not great. It wears close to the skin, and lasts for 1-2 hours. As with any perfume with these issues, this can be remedied with more sprays and reapplication (but who wants to do that lol).

This perfume has so much potential! It starts with a heavy initial alcohol blast which tapers off into a lightly sweet scent of salt and sandalwood. It then settles into a soothing lavender and musk, and the initial sweetness forms into a more distinctive, but very light, complimenting caramel. I agree with those who say that it is a good fragrance for night time seeing as it invokes a sense of relaxation and coziness. The worst one of ari's perfume (I've had all except the limited editions/2.0 editions). This is a little bit sweet but it's not even nearly as sweet as any of her other perfumes. I don't like lavender that much and to me it smells like a mix of like salt and lavender and it's not that good. It's not horrible but I regret buying it tbh. I would say it's not a safe blind buy even if you like all of her other perfumes. For reference my favorite to least favorite of hers: ari, cloud, sweet like candy, god is a woman, thank you next, moonlight, r.e.m.I haven’t been so driven to impulse buy something I tried since I sampled Fluer Musc from Narcisco Rodriguez. This is a dream. It doesn't blow me away, but it has its own charms. It's interesting because when I smell it closely, I mostly get a very pure lavender (the kind of scent that you get going to a lavender farm or from a small pillow / sachet filled with lavender), and a subtle sweetness paired with woodiness that likely evokes that slightly fougere signature that some people talk about with R.E.M., but from arms length / with my arms laid flat on my desk (I spritzed it once on my arm for test), I enjoy a very gourmand touch to the perfume. I personally don't agree with the cologne comparison but I see where they're coming from because of the lavender element. I really enjoy the zefir in this and it shines with the subtle saltiness in it. The quince and pear give it such feminine elegance. I would call this a comforting and feminine fragrance, but its also quite unisex appropriate.
