Celery bitters were popular in the 19th century and are now coming into their own, bringing retro back.

The strong coffee notes come through immediately on the nose and its thick texture is welcome on the palate with a sweet chocolate flavour coming through alongside the coffee. Despite the name, its flavour is not bitter at all, with the strong aromatic flavour, powerful with gentian and spices.This is followed by a creamy vanilla moment before more lemon and eventually a brief hard boiled barley sugar with orange rind. Most live by the "nothing added, nothing taken away" mantra but are always produced by the best small-scale independent producers.

From the East End of London, amongst canal-side warehouses and old school boozers, we distil a range of award-winning gins, whiskies, vodkas and rums. Rosé wine; made from red wine grapes and produced in a similar manner to red wine, but with reduced time fermenting with the grape skins giving it that summertime feel in varying degrees of pink goodness.
