Cannonball resurrects a historic style of gin commissioned by the British Navy, making this gin an homage to Edinburgh's seafaring past. Their Brewing and Distilling MSc was the world’s first dedicated distilling programme, and this allowed us unrivalled access to industry-leading distilling expertise, use of their labs for analysis, and finesse production methods. Used as a garnish with Juniper gins, this garnish can bring a savoury kick if black peppercorns are used, or a more numbing heat of Sichuan peppercorns for a truly unusual gin and tonic garnish.
