About this deal

When playing some surface noise may be evident, especially in the quiet soft passages and during the intro and fade, but the surface noise will not overpower the sound. The music is loud, but perfectly balanced so it draws you in, gets you playing air guitar and rocking along. We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. which, for what is otherwise a Big Dumb Hair Rock album, is quite a treat and only aids the hair-shaking efforts. It is their musical ability and balance that have probably allowed Bon Jovi to stand the test of time unlike some of their contemporaries who were left behind at the end of the eighties.

If you're a casual fan of BJ and want to explore a bit more, or just need some fresh fuel for your early 80s "hard" hairbrush-rock fire, it's well worth a listen. Bon Jovi at their peak, if you haven't purchased this on vinyl before you must, this is a classic Rock album. But every band has to start somewhere, and for them, it was Runaway, the iconic track that opens this album and shot them - or more accurately, Jon Bongiovi, who cut that particular piece (partly written by some rather more experienced players on the rock scene) together in some spare studio time with the help of a bunch of by-the-hour sessionists before even getting an actual band together. Never Say Goodbye' is a standout track, and the album's last, 'Wild in the Streets' perfectly sums it up.This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. The rest of the album features the extended talents of most of the familiar crew from the middle years of the band, having been hurridly thrown together and landing on a winning formula more or less by luck, and a greater proportion of music and lyrics from Jon's own pen. Social Disease' is a bit tacky; it didn't age brilliantly, but still a worthy glam anthem in its own right. This will include a bonus record with the moniker ‘Extras’ featuring “rare b-sides from Bon Jovi’s international single releases”. I've mentioned the big singles, but right from the off with "Let It Rock" you know the album is high drama, high energy. Bon Jovi had released two adequate records in terms of success, previously - though, I will say they are flawless albums in their own right - and this, their third, flung the New Jersey boys into global stardom.

You Give Love A Bad Name' is just a classic, with roaring chorus and explosive guitar from Richie Sambora.Writing from a home studio, two new songs were born: 'American Reckoning' and 'Do What You Can' encompass these events and made the album a complete body of work. Bon Jovi celebrates the 40th anniversary of the band’s debut, self-titled album with a limited-edition ruby color vinyl featuring a new alternate cover design, high-end tip-on jacket, and an exclusive lithograph from an early Ross Halfin photo session of the band. The hour spent listening to this classic has just flown by, which is an indication of how good this album is, as it shows there no reason to advance it on at any point. What makes this album stand out in the genre is that the lyrics are crystal clear unlike other rock bands who could easily fall into the trap of just being noisy. It contains some of their biggest songs, including ‘You Give Love a Bad Name’, ‘Livin’ on a Prayer’, ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’ and ‘Never Say Goodbye’. Along with all of America, Jon found himself unexpectedly experiencing a world-altering coronavirus pandemic, followed quickly by the staggering events of George Floyd's death and the ensuing national movement for racial equality.
