It is not possible to change the ratio which would result in the resin not drying properly and lower mechanical properties. Ans: Clear Cast 50 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates, including glass, metals, and wood, making it suitable for various applications. Sulphur Lawn Worm Cast Suppressant is NOT a pesticide does NOT harm the worms or reduce populations, but does deter worms and therefore stops worm casts appearing on the surface.

Further to its remarkable transparency and strength, Perspex ® clear cast acrylic also displays very low water absorption, superb chemical resistance and a wide working temperature range of -34oC – 80oC. In fact, with the addition of a fan to provide airflow over the resin, depths of up to 80mm in a single pour can be achieved.The manufacturing process for these sheets can lead to variances in length and width measurements between batches. PLUS allows you to cast up to 100mm (into a mould) in a single pour with a lower risk of the resin over-heating during its cure. If you are using clamps to hold the material down, we suggest placing wood between the clamps and acrylic sheet to prevent any damage to the surface of the acrylic.

If you're doing multiple pours on a casting that will be a total of 7cm thick then it will probably mean that no single pour exceeds the 50mm maximum (per pour) for GlassCast 50 (when pouring into a mould) and so you could use GlassCast 50. Apply monthly until the target pH is reached and then apply a couple of times a year to maintain it.For GlassCast 50, the maximum depth per pour when pouring into insulating materials (like a wooden river table) is 25mm.
