The large darkened bedroom has a removable divider, allowing for some privacy between parents and children. So it is not a comfortable 6-person tent, where you just chuck in 3 double mattresses, but it can work with sleeping bags, it can work with 2 adults and 4 children, or it can work with one double mattress and 2 space saver bunk beds. It has loads of room, however it might be a bit tight for four adults, but could make a great tent for a family of four.

Have only spent 2 nights in the garden in it so far, but it is easy to put up and take down and survived light winds. Due to the design, the usefulness (and size) of this enclosed living area is somewhat limited, despite the 7 metres length of the tent. There's a spacious living area - especially if you only use it for 3 people - with large windows, and the outer door on either side can be converted into an extra porch for additonal living space.

The fibreglass poles were the weakest point of the Freedom Trail Sendero 4, so I am guessing that it is similar on the rebadged Eurohike Sendero 4 too. At the time of writing this post I could not find a bespoke footprint for the Eurohike Sendero 4, but the Eurohike Air 400 footprint is compatible with the Sendero 4 too – get the Eurohike Air 400 footprint here.

If done up properly it’s ok, my daughter went in to got something closed the zips but never checked the bottom and we had a puddle when we got back to the tent. However this tent, whilst not a new purchase has just gotten through storm Antoni (55mph winds) and survived! The groundsheet of the Eurohike Sendero 4 is sewn-in, however it is worth protecting your groundsheet with a carpet and/or a footprint that goes under the tent. The fully sewn-in groundsheet keeps out draughts and insects, while the 2 side windows (with mesh venting and roll down curtains) allow plenty of light in and give you privacy when you need it.So whether it’s your first or your 100th time sleeping outside Eurohike has the equipment and accessories to make your camping trip a truly memorable experience. I must add that in theory, you can fit 2 narrow double mattresses into the bedroom, or have 4 camping beds side-by-side.

It is 240 cms wide and 210 cms long, suitable for 4 persons, but you might find it a bit cramped for 4 unless they sleep in sleeping bags. It has loads of room, however it might be a bit tight for four adults, but could make a great tent for a family of f our.

Pros - it held up very well during an intense summer storm, I'm 6ft 2 and could easily stand up in it. It features a fully sewn-in grounds sheet for ultimate waterproof protection from wet ground, whilst ventilation and window panels let light in and condensation out. Don’ forget, that the front door must be closed when it rains, otherwise rainwater will fall into the tent.
