I have to say that between the two I prefer it in 3D, The scenes when he enters the micro cosmos are some of the most impressive 3D effects I've seen for a while, it's still good to watch in 2D but it's not as an immersive experience as the 3D.

Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and Michael Douglas star in this sci-fi action sequel following the Marvel Comics superhero.Ive only watched it twice so far ,but its a movie like most marvel, that needs to be watched loads of times .

It might not be as good as the best of Marvel's cinematic films, but it is constantly funny and surprisingly, plays like a heist movie for most of its running time, a sort of Ocean's Eleven with superheroes and I now wish I had watched the film weeks ago upon its arrival. Paul Rudd is hugely likable in this and all concerned made this a huge amount of fun to watch - it certainly changed my opinion of Rudd.It is as good a movie of this type as you will find and the only reason that I didn't give this five stars is that the highest rating has to be reserved for films such as, The Godfather, Goodfellas, Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jaws, etc and the occasional modern classic.
