In much the same way as the 20 and 30 Year Old Tawny, the 40 Year Old is a masterclass in the art of blending aged wines but stepped up another notch. It is incredibly refined and smooth with an exceptionally long finish, making it a delight just to drink and savour by itself. Deliveries to Jersey, Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland may take longer and are subject to a surcharge. Graham’s wines are produced in the five mountain vineyards located in the Upper Douro region in Portugal. This 40 Year Old certainly does no disservice to that reputation and shows an amazing intensity and complexity of flavours over a palate where the sweetness, flavour characteristics, tannins, and acidity are in perfect balance.
