The Sting Ray fires a continuous laser that can go through walls. When not firing, users can see the silhouettes of any opponents that are not hiding in ink and are far enough away. Mobility is impaired while activated.

Modified Splat Brella. A moderate-damage, mid-range brella with a fast rate of fire and low ink consumption. Continually sprays ink in a circular area around itself in a staggering motion, until it is broken by enemy fire or the deployer gets splatted. It can be thrown onto virtually any surface.

A modified rare weapon based on the Splat Dualies, only available in Salmon Run Next Wave. Their stats are akin to the Dapple Dualies, but their range increases when fired after a dodge roll. Additionally, their dodge rolls create a highly-damaging explosion around the player, and they have the greatest ability for successive dodge rolling of any pair of dualies, being capable of up to 9 rolls in a row. Holding the button leads to successive low range, high spread, lower-powered shots. The trigger can be tapped repeatedly to maintain the high-power mode. The Splattershot appears to be loosely based on the Super Soaker 50, the first super soaker and one of the most influential water guns- though due to common nature of water guns, it is not possible to determine reliably. A mid-range, mid-damage pair of dualies with a low fire rate. Their dodge rolls are slow, but shot damage and range increase after a dodge roll instead of fire rate, allowing it to splat opponents with one fewer shot at greater distances.

If the player gets splatted by water, the time it takes for them to respawn will be shorter than if they got splatted by other means. This means that jumping into water deliberately can be a useful strategy if a player is about to get splatted by an opponent but is near to water.

There are a total of 101 main weapons, 7 rare main weapons, 14 sub weapons, and 17 special weapons as of Version 5.0.0. A charger with extreme range and damage in exchange for a slow charge time and heavy ink consumption. A low-damage, mid-range shooter. By using the modern online shooter’s design as a foundation to build upon rather than a blueprint to replicate, Splatoon 3 makes itself either an approachable entry point to the genre or an alternative to the games that dominate it. That the series has maintained this friendly feeling now that it’s three games in—that it’s added new features and characters without losing its sense of creativity and simplicity—is an achievement that means Splatoon is still deserving of recognition. This modified version of the Rapid Blaster can hit at even longer ranges, but has a slower fire rate, and uses more ink per shot.The ink consumption is 0.96% per shot, allowing the user to fire for 10.42 seconds on a full ink tank. Shots initially travel straight at a rate of 2.2 units per frame for 4 frames. Shots travel straight for 8.8 distance units.
