Then apply 2 coats of the AllCoat Exterior water based when weather permits.

Always shake or stir your paint well before using and apply with a synthetic brush, roller or sprayer. Avoid painting in direct sunlight and maintain a 'wet edge' to avoid lapping from occurring. Zinsser Allcoat can be applied by brush, roller or spray. When spraying it may be necessary to thin with 10% water. Yes you can use Zinsser Allcoat Exterior on uPVC windows and doors.
