About this deal

Each Drive Cage is about 6 1/2" L x 4 5/8" W x 4 1/4 H inches. Because of the overlap when you combine them, two of them is about 8 1/4" tall. You WILL be able to mount fans in the side. You could also mount a 240mm radiator in the side on the 2 top mounting spots. On the front, you could do 240mm or 280mm. If you do a 280mm, you can't do a side radiator.

Control RGB lighting via CORSAIR iCUE software with this incredibly powerful iCUE RGB Lighting Controller, cutting down cable clutter with simple USB 2.0 pass through and SATA connections. All-Around Easy Access: Two tool-free hinged side panels with simple and secure snap-on attachment, along with You have the CoCore XT and the PWM hub that come with the case. ... plus a LNP and RGB Hub (only one? or two?) Oh ... and you'd only have to use the USB connector for the Commander Core XT - so only one motherboard USB header. The USB connector for the Lighting Node Pro will connect to the end of the USB connector for the CoCoXT. This is one of the coolest aspects of the CoCoXT. Of course there's gonna be a ton of Corsair in here because that's just how I roll. None of y'all are going to be surprised by that in the least.

Keeping Your Build Cool

Fully Equipped Front Panel I/O: Includes a USB 3.1 Type-C Port, 4x USB 3.0 ports, and a combination it possible to install multiple radiators including 3x simultaneous 360mm or 2x simultaneous 420mm for extreme As you can see, a good bit of that top fan on the side is covered by the fan on the 420mm radiator. While I didn't measure it, there is no where near enough space for a radiator to go there (which is why I didn't bother measuring it). Colossal Cooling Potential: A massive interior accommodates up to 12x 120mm or 7x 140mm cooling fans, and makes it possible to install multiple radiators including 3x simultaneous 360mm or 2x simultaneous 420mm for extreme cooling.

Corsair 7000 Series Cases / HydroX Options : This is an ongoing list of different configurations with HydroX and the 7000 series cases. A: Yes – there are included motherboard standoffs which may be used to solidly mount a PCIe vertical mount riser cable directly to the PSU shroud. SSD trays may also be taken from behind the motherboard tray to be mounted atop the PSU shroud.

It’s All in the Name

Customizable Windowed PSU Shroud: Add your own personalized inserts, perfect for creating a jaw-dropping mod. XR7 in push/pull may have clearance issues with VRM heatsinks and the EPS 12V CPU power connector on the motherboard. Beyond the series number, the letter at the end of the name helps to denote the feature set a case is equipped with. For example, an “X” case focuses more on showcasing your components and comes equipped with additional tempered glass panels (two on 4000X, four on 5000X, and three on 7000X cases) when compared to a “D” case which feature solid/perforated steel front panels with a focus more on minimalism or performance (as seen on AIRFLOW versions) while retaining a large tempered glass side panel. Keeping Your Build Cool CORSAIR SP RGB Elite AirGuide Fans The CORSAIR iCUE 7000X RGB full-tower ATX case puts your build on display behind three tempered glass panels. CORSAIR RapidRoute cable management easily keeps your cables hidden from sight, while a massive interior enables a multitude of cooling options, including room for up to three simultaneous 360mm radiators and customizable side fan mounts that accommodate up to a 420mm radiator. Four included CORSAIR SP140 RGB ELITE fans deliver amazing lighting and concentrated airflow, controlled by an included iCUE COMMANDER CORE XT. Show off your components behind a tool-free tempered glass panel and add your own personal touch with a customizable windowed PSU shroud complete with a three-slot vertical GPU mount. With room for up to ten storage drives, a front I/O panel including a USB Type-C port and four USB 3.0 ports, and easy-access hinged side doors, you can build your magnum opus in the 7000X RGB.

Finally - adding a Lighting Node Pro into the mix to control some strips. It will probably be 4-6 inside the case and a connection going out of the case for the six strips under my desk. The COMMANDER CORE XT is the next generation of the COMMANDER PRO; it can support up to 12 CORSAIR RGB fans. The COMMANDER CORE XT has a connector for CORSAIR RGB strips. Easy access all-around with easily detachable hinged side panels and removable front and roof panelsThe Commander Core will control the case airflow fans - these will be the 4 QL-RGB fans on the size and a 5th QL-RGB fan in the rear. I may use the SP-RGB Elite that came with the case in the rear instead (I've not made a final decision on that yet). You can put 6 of the fans on a fan hub/Lightning Node Pro channel and then the other 4 on the Commander Core. The HydroX components can also be controlled from the Commander Core XT's 3-pin RGB port.
