Today Skybound Entertainment and Diamond Select Toys announced new INVINCIBLE action figures hitting stores in Summer 2021. From the Skybound/Image superhero comic book by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley, the new line will feature Invincible and his father Omni-Man, each with interchangeable parts and accessories. Skybound created an exclusive line of action figures for Invincible, featuring bloody versions of a few main characters. While the primary figures sold out, Atom Eve’s alternate version is still on the market. Additionally, a “clean” version of this figure, with these dimensions, is also available, for the same pricing. Charisma: He is very eloquent and incredibly persuasive by nature, he was able to convince Nolan and Mark to let the Viltrumites stay on Earth.

Specifications

A few companies have teased a comprehensive Invincible line with Invincible and Omni Man figures, but I need the full 800 characters from this universe or as reasonably close as possible. OK, I’d settle for a strong seven six figure waves with BAFs. There are few figures available on the market from differing manufacturers. However, the available figures are of excellent quality and from a reputable producer of comic-inspired merchandise. While the comic distribution portion of the company has had its fair share of criticism, Diamond Select Toys has been known for quality action figures and collectibles. Invulnerability: Viltrumite skin is much harder to pierce than human skin. Only beings of similar strength can harm Viltrumites. Leadership: As the Grand Regent he effectively ruled the Viltumites for thousands of years after Argall. Titan —The granite-like adversary Mark faces off with early in his career makes for an easy villain and if our magic figure company is interested, he makes the most sense for a chase figure with his alternate look.

Atom Eve — Mark’s closest superhero ally couldn’t miss the first wave and she’s got one of the more colorful outfits to further stand out on the shelf. For her accessories, give Eve a Teen Team poster and energy effects.However, this bonus hero doesn’t consistently stand well on its own, making it a somewhat weaker element compared to the others. Nonetheless, Atom Eve looks fantastic – though I may be slightly biased since she’s been one of my favorite characters in the series. Pros BAF – Monster Girl. Sure there were some villains that would have made for good options here, but Monster Girl is an enduring character in Invincible and it makes sense to pair her in a wave with Robot in her heroic form. Rex Splode— the resident jerk/hothead of the Guardians is a loudmouth, but useful in a fight. Accessories: unmasked head sculpt and fireball effects. Class 100+: Thragg was said to be the strongest Viltrumite to ever exist which he is stronger than Omni-Man and Invincible, he was able to easily decapitate Thaedus, kill Battle Beast and fatally wound Omni-Man.

Skybound Entertainment is a multiplatform content company that works closely with creators and their intellectual properties, extending their stories to further platforms including comics, television, film, tabletop and video games, books, digital content, events, and beyond. The company is the home of notable properties including The Walking Dead, Invincible, and Super Dinosaur. This would make sense, given his size relative to other characters in the animated series. He’ll likely be a popular figure and is an excellent inclusion in the third Invincible figure series. I like that some alien figures are finally included in this line since we have yet to see any Flaxons despite their essential role in the series. Pros If you already have these figures and want something else, Image Comics has several other series with licensed action figures. From Skybound Entertainment’s other series, The Walking Dead, to hit series like Saga, there is plenty for fans to collect! It should be noted that this list limits The Walking Deadselections to action figures inspired directly by the comic. His stand is also articulated, making Omni-Man the only figure in the first two sets to have a base stand. Unlike the previous three figures, he doesn’t come with an additional interactive accessory. Of the many attributes that I could specifically list, their four guarantees prove their commitment to fans and collectors alike.

SKYBOUND ENTERTAINMENT AND DIAMOND SELECT TOYS TEAM UP FOR INVINCIBLE ACTION FIGURES

Flight: Due a complex balancing system located in their inner ears, Viltrumites have the ability to fly. The figures will stand at seven inches, and each will come with a second angry head, multiple interchangeable hands, and baseball gloves. Invincible will come with a baseball and a Reanimen head, while Omni-Man will come with a chunk of concrete and a Flaxan arm. Each figure will feature approximately 18 points of articulation.

Tactical Analysis: He's able to instantly strategize, and develop complex but successful plans of actions.

BAF – Mauler #2. To work around our budget issues and the likelihood of some collectors buying multiple figures in this wave, we’ll let folks assemble the second twin and give him some extra goodies like a lab coat, glasses and part of a cloning pod in case he loses his twin again. This figure does have several points of articulation (16). However, his range of motion is slightly limited compared to other action figures. He comes with a changeable head, two complete sets of interchangeable hands, and a baseball glove hand with a baseball item combined with an effect. His stand is articulated, allowing a lot of range for display. Pros Cecil – The shadowy government agent who runs the Guardians and the greater superhero community has a distinct look that helps make up for the idea of releasing a guy in a suit. Bonus, his accessory could include an alternate Donald Ferguson head sculpt to double up the government agents from the series. Dupli-Kate is not one of my favorite characters in the series, but her figure looks promising. She’s essential for any fan collection that seeks to unite the Teen Team. She appears to stand slightly shorter than Atom Eve, so she’ll likely be 7 inches or slightly under that since Eve is somewhat taller than 7 inches. She will also be articulated. Pros
