About this deal

I can't see any.logic in not putting Mayo on in Scotland. They didn't do.it before because of the stupid local splits but they're not an issue anymore. Victoria Easton-Riley, Content Director for the Hits Radio Network across Scotland said: "Our new location opens up a huge range of opportunities. Not just our amazing new studios and offices where we will continue to broadcast our award winning shows from every day, but also working alongside our friends at St James Quarter and their fantastic range of tenants in this new and unique partnership. Blinder of a move in Scotland by Bauer. Sure you're local station isn't going to be quite as local as it was (and in reality it hasn't been for some time) but possibly the best known Scottish voice on the radio is coming over here mid morning from R2.......so you won't even notice or care that the show is UK wide.

Forth 1 and forth 2 studios look amazing with high spec equipment and light and airy with great views . In keeping with the multi-media digital environment we now operate within, we wanted to seek out a new contemporary office space and state-of-the-art facilities to ensure we can build on our market-leading position long into the future. She recently took part in ITV's concert for Ukraine and said: “We’re all praying tonight for the peace and the safety of the people in the Ukraine. Gary Stein, Group Programme Director Hits Radio Brand said: “I am delighted to be able to share news of our exciting new weekend line-up and especially pleased that Mark Goodier, who has been with Greatest Hits Radio from the start, will be hosting not one but two new shows as part of the revamp including the much-loved Top 10@10. The original song ‘Kayleigh’ never made it to number one, it peaked at number two, so we are really hoping that we can go one better and land the top spot with ‘Break Your Heart’, that really would be a dream come true.Catriona shearer who is ex bbc Scotland has covered recently for Cat so is another potential name for the mix. AM is as dead in Scotland as it is everywhere else. FM coverage of R4 and Radio Scotland is far more extensive than that of MW and LW.

If we don’t do it for you maybe this will – a new breakfast cereal which the makers claim can boost your sex drive! Graham Bryce, Chief Operating Officer for Bauer Media Audio UK, said: "Forth has been the leading commercial radio station for Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife for 47 years. I don't know if its always been this way or just more noticeable now that I (used to) hear the station between getting up in the morning to getting home at night. I do remember around 5-10 years ago they had the "no repeat 9-5", but I guess that's a thing of the past now. Its just become another Capital sadly. Forth 2 as well as Kingdom FM have been the main stations that I now listen to an have done for a good few years now. Well that's another name that could be brought into the fold. Even a wee rejig with Grant at 10am with the top 10@10 and webster at drivetime.

I don't think Ken is a Scottish presenter. He's a national presenter who happens to be Scottish. It's the fact he was in Radio that makes him great for GHR. If he was Welsh or a manc it would make no difference.

There are lots of ways you can listen to Forth 1, you can find us on your good old traditional radio - we're on FM & DAB. Three or more plays a day for current songs has never been unusual, what is annoying is the constant churning out of the same oldies on the 2 stations-just because you've reached a certain age doesn't mean you want to hear the same old songs for ever. Boogie said: “What a journey this has been. Who knew a comment in January could lead to all this? This is what I love about our listeners – the fact that together, we can create something totally unique. Ed Webb, Director of Development Management at Nuveen Real Estate, said: "Part of our ambition for St James Quarter was to create a new art, culture and fashion hub that merges seamlessly with the city’s cultural offering and events calendar. And Forth 1 breakfast presenters Boogie and Arlene Stuart will be hosting a Sunday evening show together from 7pm. This Friday is one of the biggest events on the social scene in Edinburgh – Ladies Day at Musselburgh Racecourse. Arlene and I host the event and it’s really daunting going on stage in front of ,000 people. To make it worse we’re introducing all these top drawer comedians.
