Mine to Hold is legit one of the hottest books I’ve read this year. It will be seared into my brain forever! I am telling you this story is a must read this summer. I read this is one sitting, it was that good. A fast read, Mine to Hold, took me to a place where I could forget about the troubles happening around me for a few hours. Now I want to visit the Turks and Caicos Island. I dreamt of white sandy beaches, private bungalows and sensuous massages with the last one being ministered by my other half.

Jon soon discovers who the robber was that had stolen all of the precious stones and a few other items as Jon had learned about Mila’s life on the streets living life half starved and hiding from anyone that would do her harm, he has to respect the expert she has become by perfecting every kind of theft by breaking into safes, vaults, buildings and also into various other secure locations. One of my favorite things about Cynthia Eden's book is that she not only gives you dual POVs, but she also give you a peak inside the villain's head. It really spikes up the suspense of the story. Of course shortly after the book starts bodies start dropping like flies. And they all point to Noah and/or Claire being the possible killers. Noah has decided he will protect Claire at all costs. Emma never told her best friend about her long-time crush on Colt, or about the summer when that crash had developed into a secret relationship. Now a local business owner, Emma is once again swept away by those feelings even though she fights it because she knows he is leaving again. Soon. It’s great that this story is told from dual points of view because it enables us to understand what each of the main characters is thinking about, worrying about, and hoping for throughout the story. When Colt and Emma give in to their mutual attraction, every bit of the steamy passion from when they were teenagers is still there, and now it’s incredibly intensified. I absolutely love Cynthia Eden’s books. Her writing style is fast paced, sexy, engaging and above all completely consuming. I have a hard time putting her books down. And this book was no exception. What happens later is that Shelby doesn't want to go on her honeymoon alone and invites her best friend Ace and he accepts the offer.
