While it’s rare that this actually happens, it can still prevent people from decluttering, even though the chances are low. If you can relate to these feelings, you may be wondering what you can do to declutter stuffs that you feel attached to. LMO has worked with NDIS Participants (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and other funded organisations like PIR (Partners in Recovery) since 2012. Sally has always had a passion for all things planning and organising. While working retail for over 16 years she has continually progressed through different roles, developing skills and organising different aspects of the workplace, including refiling and labelling over seven years worth of payroll and personnel files.

Aside from the skills and values listed above, we are looking for team members who are professional and very focused on work. They should also be patient and without bias, and of course, must have good communication skills to be able to properly liaise with clients. Three School-Hours-Only Sessions (four-hour days), plus a one-hour Virtual Consultation prior to the sessions and a follow-up one-hour Virtual Consultation after three months. I have personally experienced the difficulty of juggling motherhood (3 under 4!), a shift-working husband, running a business, renovating a home, and volunteering for charity. Striving for the work/life balance further fuelled my passion to help families become more organised through decluttering, and setting up routines and systems.
