Jiraiya takes Naruto and Sakura to investigate Orochimaru's whereabouts in the Land of Rice Fields. Together with the sequel series Naruto Shippuden, the anime ran for 15 years from October 3, 2002, to March 23, 2017. Like many anime series, Naruto is broken up into distinct arcs. While some of these are core to the main storyline of Naruto and his friends, others serve as filler and aren't tied to the contents of the manga.

This adds up to a total of 200 hours, which is actually 8 days and 8 hours. Team 7 and Team 10 go on a mission to protect actors Tomaru and Ashina, whom received death threats.

After defeating the Impure World Reincarnation, the Allied ninja are left to deal with the combined forces of Madara and Obito Uchiha.

Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden fillers are worth watching. Both Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden have just under 50% of filler content in total. This is a huge amount (almost 300 episodes for both series) of filler material and if you’re not a fan of fillers, you’ll certainly want to know whether it’s worth spending so much time on non-canon content.
