About this deal

I love you, and I want to give you the best Christmas ever! Our new home is so beautifully decorated and I am so excited for tonight. You’re the best husband I could ever ask for and I am so glad we found each other. I love you! Rovaniemi’s Santa Claus Village is home to Santa Claus’ Main Post Office. The village is manned by an army of Christmas elves. I’ve been there in summer but would love to visit in winter.

What was nice about this film was that the female lead is not a burnout career woman that hates men. I love the how this film shows the "Christmas Spirit" and how are past influence not only the present but can also give a great future. You can join a gourmet food and wine tour in Tuscany or head off on a fun truffle hunting tour in Piedmont. Learn to cook parmigiana or make Christmas cakes while on a Christmas cooking tour staying at a farm in Umbria. Lake Como is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the history and majesty of a scenic part of Italy. 9- Christmas for volunteers Food is the highlight of Christmas in Italy. There are lots of gourmet escapes with a Christmas slant. I love you more than anything in the world. You are my one true reason for living. The best part about marrying you is that I will get to spend the rest of my life with you. Dearly beloved, we gather here today to celebrate this wonderful occasion. We bring with us our family and friends as witnesses of this marriage. I vow to be your wife and stand by you as we go on together through all the joys and sorrows that life may bring us. How dare they have Andrew wash Claire's hands, that intimate moment between them ruined this "family" movie!!! All sarcasm aside, this was really cute! I'm so happy they added an LGTBIQ couple: I think it's a first for these kinds of movies.

But there is more to "Christmas Around the Corner" than just the familiar Christmas romance which has a few issues. Here is a Christmas movie which in some ways wants to highlight how small businesses are struggling and they need to be open to thinking of new ways to bring business in. And I can appreciate it even though ironically we have a scene where Claire, trying to drum up business for the bookstore, goes online to buy some Christmas accessories! We also have attempts to make the movie politically correct with a vicar who is gay and has a child with his partner, for me it forces things, throwing various things in to be on trend rather than using these things as part of the story. Claire, a savvy venture capitalist from New York City, escapes to a quaint town in Vermont for the holidays and becomes a guest of the Fortenbury Bookstore. Upon arrival, Claire finds Christmas celebrations have been canceled by the town after a flood and the bookstore is in a dire state of disrepair. She immediately takes on the challenge to revitalize the store, but clashes with the owner, Andrew, who initially rejects all her proposed improvements. Eventually, sparks fly as the two begin a budding romance, and Claire's infectious optimism inspires Andrew to join her in reviving the yuletide spirit. But everything comes to a screeching halt when Claire discovers that Andrew is planning to sell the bookstore in the New Year. Will the spirit of Christmas be enough to change Andrew’s mind and encourage him to follow his heart? For at least the first 30 minutes of their relationship there is absolutely no chemistry between the two and most of the time I am wondering why he is even around. He owns the store.. why is he always there? There is a big secret that I guess explains it but no, not really.Andrew says no to all her proposals and battles her as she makes even greater efforts to improve the bookstore. Cupid strikes nonetheless, and the two begin a tentative romance. Andrew is eventually persuaded by an energetic and enthusiastic Claire to work on her ideas to renew the bookstore.
