Maple is delicious, and a close replacement for Toffee if you run out (which I did). The 'mapleness' is noticeable and goes amazingly with cinnamon. It's almost on-par with the others. Keep them under the lights until they’re ready to harden off. I keep my grow lights on a 16-hours-on/8-hours-off cycle for all of my seedlings.

Yes. SweetLeaf is great for cooking and baking and is freezer-stable while being able to withstand heat. You can substitute SweetLeaf Stevia Sweeteners for all or part of the sugars in a recipe. Raspberry is nice, it tastes identical in yoghurt to typical supermarket ones, meaning it's got a slight bitter tang to it, not as purely sweet as Strawberry. But it has its place - you can put a drop or two into cloudy lemonade for example!
