I tried this more than once mid song to see how the frequencies and sound signature changed. The music mode definitely sounded less woody. I always describe the wooly sound some earbuds produce like your sitting in front of a speaker and there is sheet of cardboard between you and the speaker. The Bluetooth connection is relatively stable, and I have not had cuts or interference at reasonable distances. The maximum range of these BS-T1s is medium, they allow me to move a couple of rooms away from my computer, but when I get to the kitchen, I lose signal (like most similar headphones).

This can help you improve your gaming experience to a fair degree – but it doesn’t quite offset the overheating problems. In terms of sound, the bass has body and strength, although, for my taste, it is too uncontrolled. They are not dry and defined; they reverberate a lot and can mess up the song’s melody a bit.

The sound of the earbuds is…complicated. For starters, these earbuds are billed as “gaming” earbuds. I’m not quite sure what that is supposed to mean. The headphones are medium-sized in the area placed in the ear and in the part that goes into the ear. The distribution of weights is well achieved, and they are well supported with ease. They do not move when running or exercising, something essential because the headphones have the IPX4 water resistance certificate, so they are resistant to sweat and rain. The key one of these is the presence of Shark Space, a pre-installed app – when you open this, you’re shown a carousel of all the games installed on your device. Playing the titles through the app delivers lots of extra options. You can select to mute or limit notifications or calls, set the balance between processing power and battery conservation, map the triggers and do many, many more similar things. The Lucidifer T1 earbuds have considerably less runtime than standard true wireless earbuds but, it is comparable to aptX low latency gaming headphones. Long battery life is not the strongest point of any low latency bluetooth device so, in this regard the Lucifer T1 earbuds sacrifices a bit of battery life for less delay (55ms), which is a trade-off most gamers are willing to take.

I’ve had these for almost a year now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s affordable, but the quality of it never lets me down. The sound quality is great and they feel comfortable in my ears. And durable too! I dropped them so many times but they still worked no matter what.The headphones feature Bluetooth 5.2 and are compatible with SBC and AAC codecs. They also work in the dual-host mode, so we can use one or both headphones automatically (without configuring anything on the mobile). The headphones come with 3 pairs of pads of different sizes to use the ones that best adapt to our ear. Sadly, I lost the case recently and had to use my warranty, but the customer support was amazing! They helped me through every step of the way and got me a new product. I’m really thankful for them. This is helped by the presence of pop-up physical triggers along the right edge of the phone, which can be assigned a function for your game, to turn your smartphone into a device that more resembles a gaming controller. This setup delivers quite an advantage in games. We did have a little trouble with the autofocus, especially on the macro mode – which, on occasion, seemed dead-set against actually focusing on subjects; but a shot reset usually fixed this.

The good news is you have both to choose from and you get to choose. It is a light, comfortable headset with a game mode and is perfect hands-free. In addition, its design is very daring and original. But its sound is dim, and the touch controls do not allow you to control the volume. I mentioned earlier in the review that, as someone with large ear canals who typically needs large ear tips for earbuds to stay secure in my ears, I would have preferred perhaps a fourth larger size. While the largest size tips held the earbuds in my ears satisfactorily, they constantly felt like they were going to fall out, which was a bit unnerving. Yet even during intense exercise with a significant amount of sweat dripping into my ears, the earbuds did stay put. Also, almost every time I wore them, one would fit fine, but I’d have to spend time getting the other in just the right spots that it would both stay in and I could hear sound from it. In normal mode (music mode), there is a slight delay between the image and the sound while watching videos or playing video games, but when you activate the game mode, the image and sound are entirely synchronized.
