If you’re searching online for candida cleanse, you’ll probably come across as many differing protocols as there are fingerprints. Most include strict diets or fasts. Designing the perfect candida cleanse depends on you and your health status. I DO NOT recommend the traditional, very strict zero sugar candida diet, which can actually make you feel worse and isn’t the most effective gut healing diet, prompting me to create this post on rethinking the candida diet.
