Sierra and Kayden's romance was nice, I feel like it could be expanded on a bit more in the published novel Okay, first of all, I remember being so in love with this book when I first read it and while reading this book, I got immersed in those feelings again. The only difference I can say from then and now is that the published version is so much better. I don't know how a book that was already so good (from what I remember) could even get better, but Claudia and her team managed to do it. cine s-o ajute la răzbunare, dacă nu un alt luptător? Also fun fact but Constantin also did The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, adapted from Cassandra Clare's hit series The Mortal Instruments A.K.A one of my all-time fav authors & the person who inspired me to write in the first place so hey i think that's kinda cool!

This is a revenge story, one where I found myself rooting for the characters and other times frustrated. I was pulled into the story. I appreciated the way the characters had to overcome their own issues before getting their HFN.

From a writing and technical aspect of the novel, there were a few things that seemed off. The e-book version that I had, had many places where the formatting was all over the place and inconsistent. Additionally, there were a few grammatical mistakes and run-on sentences here and there. There also seemed to have an identity crisis on whether it was a British book or an American one. The book is set in the US, specifically in Boston, yet the book is littered with very British sentences and words. This makes sense when you consider that Claudia studied in the UK, however it was very discombobulating to read everything and imagine everything being set in Boston, only to have characters say very proper/English things and refer to the school year as terms. To make things worse, God has decided to bestow upon Sienna the presence of Kayden Williams. Both of them need each other more than they think they do. Kayden wants glory and Sienna needs him to fuel her revenge as well as a place to stay. She makes a deal with him to train him for the biggest fight of his life against her own ex-boyfriend in exchange for living in his apartment. I feel like the cover doesn't fit the story. It doesn't represent what the story is or fits the mood. The fall festival circuit features a powerhouse lineup of Polish cinema that showcases an industry in full stride, with hard-hitting topical dramas, award-season hopefuls and potential box-office breakouts highlighting the strength and diversity of filmmaking in a country with a storied cinematic history. I really like the pace of the story, it makes you fly through it and something is always happening.
