Crafted with 100% blue Weber agave from the highest fields in Jalisco, slow-roasted for three days, open-air fermented, small-batch double-distilled and aged in former bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Depending on the final expression, the tequila is bottled up or aged in ex-bourbon barrels until it’s ready to drink.
