For an end user customer with a Poly product that is within the applicable Warranty Period and has a defect that is covered by this Limited Warranty, Poly will repair or replace, at its option, the Poly product if you provide notice to Poly and return the product to Poly in the manner described in this Limited Warranty. Nothing in this warranty modifies or excludes your legal rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. POLY MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL AND POLY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW, POLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Stream music, driving directions, podcasts, and more with Bluetooth Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP)products that are operated in combination with software, peripheral or ancillary equipment such as but not limited to batteries, chargers, adapters, headsets, connector cables, and power supplies ("Ancillary Equipment") not furnished or otherwise certified by Poly for use with the Poly products or any damage to the Poly products or Ancillary Equipment as a result of such use; Wearing the Voyager 5200, tap the call button to test sensors. A talk time voice alert means sensors are working. Poly further warrants on the same terms as this Limited Warranty the repaired or replaced Poly products for the greater of: (a) ninety (90) days following the repair and/or replacement, or (b) the remainder of the original Warranty Period for the Poly product that was repaired or replaced. Feature-wise, the 5200 has it all, for a Bluetooth headset. It pairs via NFC or Bluetooth, and you can pair it to multiple devices. It announces callers' names and lets you tell it whether to answer or ignore calls by voice. Built-in voice commands let you dictate text messages and get directions, with more accuracy than I got from Google Now on other headsets. It won't read your texts to you, though.A smartphone app, Plantronics Hub, lets you make theheadset beep if you lose it, and monitor its battery life from your phone. Poly does not provide a warranty for software (whether pre-loaded on hardware or provided as a standalone product) under this Limited Warranty – please refer to the applicable Poly end user license agreement or software license. No warranty is made that any software provided by Poly will meet your requirements or will work in combination with any hardware or applications software products provided by third parties, that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects in the software will be corrected.
